5EF EDC's
This is a new product line of Mid-Tech EDC's. They are all about 8 inches long and are all made of 1095 steel. All of these pieces can be had in pretty much any handle material, wood, micarta, G10 or a cord or leather wrap. There is a small extra charge for bone, antler, or horn, and a materials charge for exotics like ivory or gem stone.
These come with a simple but attractive pouch sheath, all for $150 plus shipping.
These are also available as sets (as in steak knives, perhaps), and I can arrange to have them marked with your logo for a small extra charge.
